Details:
A very clear evening in between rainy days. I started imaging before sunset with a 12" Meade SCT. Camera is a PLA-Mx equipped with a 1000 nm IR pass filter. Best result at about 5 PM ! Exposures here are 10s (gain 364%) in 8 bits for the hot surface of the planet. Result with Registax5&6 of the composition of 40 SER frames. Highest order wavelets are used. Also shown the normal telescopic aspect (still in IR) with 120 frames of 200 ms (gain 31%).
