Late in 2013, the full Moon of December, on 17th was the tiniest of all in 2013, since this full Moon happened in the farthest distance to the Earth in compare to all full Moons of the same year. On the other hand, the super full Moon of 2013 appeared in the sky, six months ago on Jun 23rd. That super moon was as much as 14% bigger and quite brighter than the one on Dec, 17th. The picture below is a comparison between the supper full Moon of 2013, in June, & the tiniest full Moon of the year in December.
