I was attempting to take photos of meteor shower. When I got home, I realized there was a green glow in some of the photos.

Seeing that youre near Phoenix, I would say that those are most likely not northern lights, as there were not any major storms recently. Although they seem like it, my best guess is that that is a nice display of airglow.
