Details:
I am delighted to share picture of the shooting star which I captured during the Geminid today early morning, Dec 14, 2013, from Kulim Kedah Malaysia (5.3667° N, 100.5667° E). It get caught nicely in the camera with nice foreground and looked nice seeing it crossing/cutting the Big Dipper . It was fabulous early morning. Me and my friends started to look at eastern sky starting at 4.30am local time. We waited for Moon set in fact. Initially we start counting the number of meteors. Then we didn’t even bother counting as the excitement took over to see many out there. It was looking like a great show with bright and long trailed meteor. Camera details: Canon550d with Samyang 14mm lens, 20seconds of exposure at ISO1600.
