Details:
It was -6°F (-21°C)** outside but with no moon and clear skies it was an easy choice to take photos of Comet Lovejoy. In the bottom left corner is M13. Nikon D700, ISO 1600, f/1.8, 85mm, 20x4s, stacked with DSS. ** It can get very cold in northern Arizona -- not to be confused with the deserts of southern Arizona!
