Details:
On december 7, 2013 at 18:31:49 local time (17:31:49 UT) a transit of a satellite across the Moon was recorded. The Avi film was acquired from Rome (Lat 41.94156° N and Long 12.56089°, H=30 m) using a TMB 13 cm refractor and a Mintron camera at 25 fps. The object in transit across the Moon is identified from the tracking and timing. A Gif animation in slow motion (10 fps) was done

and compared with the identified satellite (simulated view), which is Iridium 90
Saturday 7 December 2013 at 18h31m49.97s (Local time or 17h31m49.97s UT) Iridium 90 crosses the disk of Moon as seen from my observatory. Separation=0.029° Position Angle=70.2°, Position angle vertex=44.0°. Transit duration=2.16s Angular diameter=0.7"
cylindrical, 4.0m x 1.8m Satellite at Azimuth=215.6° SW Altitude= 30.5° Distance=1309.1 km Magnitude=8.2mag and Angular Velocity=14.9'/s
