Details:
I went for a weekend to Tromsø...the weather was nice and snowy..but all the time completely cloudy..suddenly after 21.00 we could see blue sky...and of course...dancing lady aurora :) fantastic!!!!

I love the largely vertical swirls, luminescent against the clouds, dipping down and rising again - as you say, playing with the ground below. Wonderful!
