Details:
History in the making or a bright future fading away? This a post perihelion time lapse from SOHO LASCO C3 images. Images are roughly 3 hours apart and they are showing what appears to be a growing tail emerging from (the remains) of Comet Ison. Keeping fingers crossed the coming hours and days that a substantial part of the nucleus of Comet Ison has survived the close encounter with our day star.
