Details:
Today, while I was working on my laptop, I took a look through my window after sunset. I set my desk on the front of the window, so that I can easily notice what going on outside. What did I notice this time? Venus. Without going out I grabbed my simple telescope, which I bough ages ago, when I was around twelve or something. Enjoying the view I asked my brother and mum, if they are interested in Venus watching as well. Then, I asked them to describe what they saw. They got a bit confused seeing not a disc but ... a crescent! A lesson for today was – Venus and Mercury have phases, the same as the Moon. I'm happy to share what I found by myself long time ago...
