Watching the IRAM ison video on the spaceweather.com homepage I analyzed the backround data and saw this rather large asteroid, or other object. You cant miss it. This is rather amazing givin the circumstance. I hope somebody can identify this object, it does not appear to be camera noise becasue it is decending and flickering in brightness.

Check this out! You can see it really well in this older Stereo A gif. What is this?!

On that gif you can clearly see that stays at the same distance from the line put your mouse on it the background is what is moving.

Actually looking at the older gif there are two spots a smaller one under Apollos asteroid.

@castillo82 I am not sure what you are looking at? The object in question is moving. If you put your mouse arrow on it, the object moves away to the right.

@castillo82 I think I see what you are looking at and it does appear to be an image artifact, The other object that is moving looks very object like. I think Apollo Lasky should hurry up and name his object.

What about what gravityrules said? Theres clearly another object in the solar system on the far right. Similar direction, similar speed so Ill go out on a limb and guess its another main belt asteroid?

I see another object. Yet another asteroid?
Referring to the same gif, look far right edge of the image, same level as Earth. There is an object not moving in sync with the background star field. Notice the distance closing between it and the brighter object farther left before it exits the frame of view.

The object at the bottom of the frame is the main belt asteroid 216 Kleopatra. Rob Matson who assembled the video even eluded to the fact it was an asteroid on Yahoo Groups COMET-ML, but did not name it. See some comparisons I made of the Stereo-A images and identical Starry Night Pro 6 screenshots of the exact same configuration at www.flickr.com/photos/xb70man/sets/72157638171055045/
