I missed my opportunity to get a photo as the comet passed very close to M44 but I am happy I still managed to capture an image of them both in the same field. Its a poor image, very grainy as I used the highest ISO setting on my camera (800) which is just a compact camera and does not handle high ISO well also I dont have a motorised mount so the stars have trailed during the exposure. However I think I did the best I could with my equipment and at least I got an image! Camera- Canon Powershot A640 ISO- 800 F number- F/4.1 Exposure time- 15 seconds
