Details:
I headed for the coast just after 5pm. I found a lovely spot looking north. However, when I left the house Aurora activity was on the wean, so after almost two hours of nothing but photographic level Aurora I headed for home. Needless to say when I returned home and checked out the magnetometer data there was an outburst not even 30 mins after I left. You win some, you lose some. It's been awhile since won one though.
