Details:
Luminance data was captured using a 20" Meade RCX400 Max Mount and SBIG STL-1001e with 1 hour of 60 second exposures. The color data was simultaneously obtained using an SBIG ST-4000 XCM on a Televue Np-101is with 5 minute exposures. The images were stacked while aligning on the stars and then again while aligning on the comet. The final image was created by compositing the stacked images.

I think there are TWO galaxies. Just to the right of the left Galaxy there is a tiny other one, or is it a stacking artefact?
Pretty good!

One of the best images yet, but people should remember the level of skill and equipment to achieve this. ISON is brightening solely due to its getting nearer to Earth and Sun and not due to any increased activity. This does not bode well for any great show. Lets hope for the best.
