Comet ISON 2012 S1, taken Saturday Morning 10-26-2013, Despite strong moonlight, I got off a decent shot tracking on the nucleus, 20 x 2 minute subs, QHY8 Cooled color CCD, & homemade 16" F4.5 Newt. reflector, from my observatories at JBSPO in Yellow Springs, Ohio. 45 x 30 arc minute FOV, 0.89 arcsec/pixel The tail is off the frame..and the coma is still around 3-4Arcmin in diameter, the comet is looking good and continues to slowly brighten, looking forward to post perihelion too!
