Another great night in Abisko! Our group of four photographers walked from the STF Abisko hotel to a nearby Sami village in Abisko National Park. Only a few minutes after arriving a large green bend developed overhead and grew into a quickly moving curtain dancing in the sky. I have wanted to capture an image through the frame of this traditional Sami Teepee for many years - tonight the auroras finally made my dream come true! Shot with a Nikon D800 and a Samyang 14mm lens.

I can see why it was a dream come true!! It appears as though there is a hidden bow in the sky with its colorful tails spread by a breeze allowing the light behind to be framed by them. Absolutely lovely!
