Details:
Could see aurora with the naked eye, moving across the sky, above the Edmonton skyline. My first time shooting the northern lights over downtown, and while the display was not as strong as I would have liked, I was able to find a good vantage point and play with some settings for next time. I found a GND filter worked well for dimming the city lights for a more even exposure.
