Details:
I woke up around 2:00am with an Alert from Space Weather that Strong Geomagnetic activity was occurring....so stepped outside I could detect a hint of Red on the Northern Horizon...but High clouds & city light were interfering, so I drove out of town about 20 miles to near my Observatory in Yellow Springs Ohio...Clouds were starting to roll in but managed to get a couple of shots off before the clouds and Fog came in thick. I took this shot around 3:00am E.S.T. Canon rebel Xsi & 8mm lens, ISO 800, 30 second exposure
