Details:
I took a few Photos of the clear sky last night, and looking at them after i noticed a smudged star. I thought my phone's camera was dirty, but this effect was only visible on this specific star. I identified it as Vega or Alpha Lyrae. After a closer look, Vega has what to me looks like symetrical jets coming from its poles
