I got lucky with this capture because my camera did not want to power up at first but after jiggling the cables it finally powered up and about a few seconds later I saw a red flash on the camera screen. The Elve was generated over a passing Tropical Wave just south of Puerto Rico on July 9 2026 at 3:09am local time or 7:09 UTC. I think this is the first time I capture a TLE near the Local Aerostat.
