Details:
This year's evening planet parade comes to a close. I drove to the highest point around (well, close to it) to get above the smoke layers from various wildfires that appeared out of nowhere earlier this week. With sunset, though, temperatures drop rapidly on a mountain, and real clouds formed to interrupt the view anyway.
