Details:
A splendid conjunction of the two planets, with the old medieval church tower in Steenwijk just a quarter to midnight. It was a beautiful sight when bright skies appeared just in time after an evening with showers. The second image, taken by Hetty Mattaar, shows the planets in a wider perspective with some characteristic houses built in the early 1900’s.
