Details:
Mapping the South Pole and the southern lunar regions is of my interest. In this image taken on April 25 2026 under good seeing many lunar craters at the limb are detectable. Libration is an important parameter for the detection of these craters located at the lunar rim. I will do further images of this region for complete map. Mak Cassegrain 18 cm from Rome Italy.
