Details:
Briefly had a period with thin cirrus/ice clouds passing overhead producing a segment of a circumhorizontal arc. This occurred around local noon with the sun at an elevation of 69°, more than high enough for the effect.

Photos taken at 1217 and 1218 MST with a 17mm ultra-wide and 35mm wide angle lens.
