Details:
Archimedes, Mare Imbrium and several lunar craters at the terminator. The image was taken on April 24 2026 using a Mak Cassegrain 18 cm from Rome Italy. In these low-light conditions, being at the terminator, you can see the long black shadows of the reliefs and hills, as well as the maximum contrast of details. A spectacular and dramatic view. Archimedes crater is emerging from the terminator, and only the crater walls are illuminated.
