Details:
If the Earth weather forecast is correct this may be my last view of Panstars for seven days or so. This morning I first caught the comet about ten degrees above the horizon behind the London cityscape around 4.15 am. The coma quite bright, certainly the brightest I have seen.Long delicate thin knotty tail. Distinct long sharp shadow of the nucleus almost computer graphic in appearance. Many of my photos covered in satellite trails like scratches on the celestial sphere.
