Details:
The "X" is seen towards upper terminator, adjacent to the bright rims of the Werner-Aliacensis pair of craters. Albategnius, the prominent crater in Galileo Moon drawings, lies towards the bottom terminator. Close to the lower left edge stand out the bright Descartes plains, landing site of the Apollo 16 mission. Newt 8", equatorial layout, south up
