Details:
Comet C/2025 R3 (PANSTARRS) continues to increase in brightness, reaching close to magnitude 12.5 in this image obtained on February 8 under extreme conditions from my observatory: with the sky still illuminated by nautical twilight and the object only 16° above the horizon. I did not expect to capture much detail, but the final image reveals a greenish coma about 2' in angular size, with a well-defined central condensation, and what appear to be two tails. TS-Photon 8" f/4, Atik 383L+. 15x30s, FOV=78x59', N:Up E:Left. OAV, Valencia (Spain). J.J. Chambó, cometografia.es
