Here is an RGB image of a planetary nebula in the constellation Cepheus at a distance of approximately 5500 light years. It was discovered by William Herschel on November 3, 1787.
The link to Wikipedia show a Hubble image and explain the cause of its "elliptical" shape, as may be a double star.
