Airglow.
After auroras, espacially big ones, it looks like airglow is more intense.
At least, the 3 nights following last big storms, we got nice airglow display. The lack of moon in the sky favoured the visibility.
Here is a sample of the night between 22nd and 22rd January.
Pictures are taken with EOS 6D+Sigma 14mm (f/1,8), 15"+ISO1600.
We can see that there is multiple layers of air glowing. Each layer seem to have sometimes gravity waves patterns.
