Details:
I did not see it visually living in a light polluted city but felt the sky was different at 6:28 pm , I took my Canon xsi and set lens to 28mm and shot a 13 second exposure at 200 ISO. After really hard processing in Photoshop I saw the camera had caught the aurora rayed arc.
