Details:
Stars and red airglow reflect in the waters of ancient Lake Manly also known as Badwater Basin in Death Valley, California. Located 282ft below sea level, Lake Manly is an ancient lake that fills the low basin only after heavy rains. It is a rare event. Soon the dry heat of the region will evaporate all the water leaving a dry salt flat. Captured using a modified Canon 6D, Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 lens.
