Details:
November 23rd marked the darkest day for the rings as viewed from earth. Not only are they almost edge on at its equinox, but the geometry of its orbit and our own lets us look at the dark underside of the rings right now. I used the lack of ringlight to capture sis of Saturn's moons with just a 1984 C-8, 2x barlow, and Neewer LS-T22 video. I show the labels from Stellarium closeup for 8 PM CST tonight. Hoped for Mimas (too faint and close to ring) but beyond Titan, Hyperion was a surprise!
