Details:
These clouds were in the eastern sky about an hour before local sunrise this morning. They were quite bright to the unaided eye while the few surrounding clouds were still dark. My phone camera easily captured them on standard daytime mode. Seems extremely late for noctilucent clouds, esp. at this latitude, but that's exactly what they resembled.
