Details:
Well the skies were perfectly clear here with a light band of E horizon haze. The sun rose as predicted and so did the moon - invisibly as it eventuated. Despite a 5 min 1.5 sec duration, 2.21% obscuration at mag 0.07095 the camera only recorded the sunspots amid the turbulence. Strain as I might to see a slight lunar disc at the 3pm position I only get eyestrain!
