Details:
Looking in direction of Ursa Major at 10-11pm. Saw two dots that looked like satellites following eachother closely. Appeared to me that at least one of the two dots was moving irregularly, getting at times closer and at times further from the other dot. One of the two dots turned white and grew very bright, and began emitting white plumes on two sides, to us it appeared the left and right sides. It grew significantly brighter until it was easily the largest and brightest visible item in this area of the sky. As it grew bright, the plumes also appeared to start swirling. The bright spot in the middle seemed to change shape or direction a few times before it faded to nothing.
