Not 100% sure if this was the ULA Vulcan after its first orbit or if it was a Starlink launch, but a TON of people saw it at a concert in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is my photo from my yard in Corinth NY, I caught it by chance. There must be better photos of it out there, as the spiral was far more impressive when I first saw it minutes before
