Details:
On the morning of August 12, Jupiter (left) and Venus (right) were visible very close to each other in the sky. However, the two planets were only so close from Earth's perspective, as the distance between them in the solar system at that time was approximately 700 million kilometers. The two brightest planets were a striking feature and clearly visible to the naked eye.
