Details:
Interstellar Comet 3I/ATLAS has maintained its brightness between magnitude 16.5-17 the past week. The Moon has been near the comet all week which has made for a greenish tinge in color images. In this collection of stacked images, the Full Moon was 67 degrees to the east of the comet in Earth's night sky. The comet was magnitude 16.7, the same magnitude as measured back on August 3. The comet coma is very small, ~0.2' wide and no tail is visible in these images. Click on the large image to get the proper resolution image.
