On Thursday 7th August the 97% illuminated Waxing Gibbous Moon was photographed rising behind some trees in my back garden during and after sunset from 5.13 to 5.38 pm. These included a setting sunlit Pawpaw tree a flowering Cherry and a flowering Lucky Bean tree. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
