Details:
Late-season NLC in the morning twilight of July 29th. The frequency of noctilucent clouds in the Netherlands (lat. 52 deg.N) decreases rapidly after July 20th. So far in 2025, NLCs have been observed from the Netherlands on 23 days, spread over 18 nights. This high number does not fit the (previous) pattern in which NLCs were less frequent in years of maximum solar activity.
