Details:
What a surprise treat tonight weather wise... space weather to . Watching thunderstorms build over Lake Huron from Michigan's Thumb and noticed the greenish glow, then pink, then the streaks... KP 6+! I grabbed the Nikon D600 and off I went into the wheat field. That was a fast change and the solar wind was barely over 500! Lots of energy in the atmosphere the last two days in the Great Lakes weather area.
