Details:
I was just getting ready to go to bed and saw the Spaceweather.com forecast showed a good Auroral oval extending south of the Canadian border with KP was above 6 so I stepped outside to take a few pictures. We were almost completely cloudy, so I wasn't expecting to see anythingat but there were a few small gaps to the North where we could see a broad green Aurora capped with some purple streaks
