Details:
The routine observation of the sun could be continued today under average conditions. The image was taken at 08:17UT on the 300mm Unigraph and shows a nice X2 flare. I observed in the center of the halphaline 08:17UT and in the halpha offband 08:21 UT. In the background at the edge of the sun you can see loops from a small eruption which took place around 07:48UT.
