Details:
First full res images Cosmos482 landing capsule, the intended Venera spacecraft to visit Venus but never left Earth orbit due to failure. (Taken in 2024). Actually the back-up craft for Venera-8. First new high res images in a decade and first full resolution images with the telescope. Angular comparison to Starlink satellite bus which is 130 km further away. The Starlink sat bus is around 1.3 x 2.7 meters. We clearly see a compact round object of the Venera, the landing capsule. Soon to reenter!
