Details:
It has been a great Spring for flowering trees in SE Ohio. Unfortunately, for a lot of folks recent storms and flooding has been an existential problem. I was visiting an Ohio state nature preserve on a breezy sunny Spring day after a weekend of storms and wet weather. Looking down at the water flowing through Pine Creek, I saw a pretty impressive pollen corona. I was downwind from a hillside covered in flowering trees. I took pictures in the creek of the corona and some nearby trees. I'm including an inverted picture because it's been a topsy-turvy Spring weathewise.
