Some beautiful prominences and filaments on the solar disk today. Using a ruler we can estimate the main filament lenght located on the SE side: 450 000 km. Details: Solarview SV60 Ha solar telescope double stacked and equipped with a SKYnyx 2.2M CCD camera. 07:05 UT. Bad/Fair Seeing Conditions.
