Details:
Here is a composite exposure of last night's Moon-Mars conjunction. Given Mars' red hue it seemed appropriate to stretch the Moon's colour saturation that indicates surface mineralisation. The contrasting colours of the Mare Serenitatis and Mare Tranquillitatis are clearly seen. See https://spaceweathergallery2.com/indiv_upload.php?upload_id=185658
