Details:
The Pleiades occultation by the Moon was an astronomical event not to be missed! During almost two hours two friends and I watched the Moon slowly cover stars from the Pleiades open cluster. We took pictures but the best part was definitely to watch it with a small APO refractor. The Earthshine was splendid! At the end, the Moon aligned with the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, icing on the cake of a fantastic evening watching the Moon!
