Details:
What a juicy CIR! While it looks like Europe got the Best of Show, the eastern US was also very good tonight. Totally enjoyable night out in the sticks. There were two substorms - the first at around 9 pm EST (HPI 81) and the second at 10:40 pm EST (HPI 85). The second one had a gorgeous buildup with very intense greens that got decorated with the usual columns pink tops.
