Details:
Images of the third quarter phase moon using the iTelescope T72 and T73 at the Deep Sky Chile at Rio Hurtado Valley, Chile - MPC X07. Note the detailed relief along the lunar terminator, and the detailed structure of the crater Copernicus showing multiple central peaks and terraced crater walls. One of the central peaks shows its casted shadow on the crater floor. An H-alpha narrowband filter was used to reduce reflected sunlight from the moon.
